To make this craft you will need the 1 page template printout, scissors, and glue. These balance so, so much better if you print them on heavier paper or thin card. (I’ve photographed a basic printer paper version here) |

Cut out the three shapes. |

fold the long strip in half |

Cut along the dark line to make a slit. |
![]() |
(OPTIONAL) Remove the little darts around the edge of the leaf. |

Fold the leaf in half along the dotted line and the pieces are ready to assemble. |

Glue the leaf to the hand. |

Slide the body into the slit in the legs. |
![]() |
If your character doesn’t stand up adjust the legs, they need to be approximately 30 degrees apart. |
