It was a choice for the young rich man, but Jesus knew it would be easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for him to pass up on the wealth. This craft uses the idea of scales to hang in the balance his decision. The balance isn’t set, you can make Jesus tip the scales.
To make this craft, you will need the 1-page template printout, scissors, and some paper glue.
There are no step-by-step pictures for this craft, as my printer was not working correctly.
Cut out all the shapes.
Fold the biggest shape along the black lines to form a tube.
Fix the tube in place using the two glue tabs.
Fold the white tabs back on the two weights and glue them onto the scales.
Fold the stand. Glue the two white tabs so they overlap.
Place the scales on the stand so they balance.
